Lisa Marie Jones freelance artist
Lisa's paintings are bold, brash and colourful. She paints to order and has an extensive back catalogue. I was lucky enough to have the 'Guitar Treble Clef' painting done for me as a birthday present. She is an extremely creative person and her artwork is affordable. Lisa has done the Check One Two business cards, the brochure and the Yellow Pages online advert.

Craig Claxton @ Guitar Brothers
I have known Craig for several years and he falls into the personality trait I have noticed with really good musicians - quiet, modest, unassuming and a really nice guy. He co-runs Guitar Brothers with Reece (pictured on right) which is a music shop at Red Hill that specializes in unique instruments and amplifiers (current and vintage). They also promote and organize events such as the Brisbane Guitar Show. Nigel Liqourish @ We sell multimedia
Nigel is a student at Check One Two and has stepped up to the plate to be the person you see if your computer plays up. Based in Jamboree Heights, he is a nice guy, does an excellent job and is very reasonably priced. He also knows more about Pink Floyd than Pink Floyd and has given valuable advice on the running of the guitar school. (07) 3376 8376 (e) wesell@tpg.com.au

Robin Etter-Cleave (Flautist)
Robin asked me to put down some guitar on her flute album. She is an excellent musician and was a pleasure to work with. She has helped with several Check One Two concerts and plays in the Irish band Silken Thomas. If you want a cool, laid back rootsy CD then this is a good one to get. (w) www.altoflute.com.au

Silken Thomas
Silken Thomas take their name from the legendary Irish folk figure, Thomas FitzGerald the 10th Earl of Kildare. The band mix Irish and contemporary and promise to leave a smile at the end of their gigs, unlike the real Silken Thomas who unfortunately was hung, drawn and quartered in 1537. My thanks to the band who have helped in the past with the Check One Two concerts. (w) www.myspace.com/silkenthom
